We have exciting opportunities for Family Practice Physicians that share our vision of transforming how primary care is delivered to the communities we serve. We are a non-profit Federally Qualified Healthcare Center that focuses on hospitality and taking care of as many of the patient’s needs under one roof as possible. Our comprehensive model has grabbed the attention of patients that feel lost in the ‘big box’ healthcare systems and allowed the growth of two additional locations in our first two years. Job Requirements

40 hours per week (clinical and admin combination)
