Mon-Friday.  One ½ Saturday per month

No inpatient.  Telephone call only every 6-8 weeks for one (1) week after 5 pm.

Chicago Heights is located about 30 miles from the city of Chicago and about six miles from the Indiana border, at the crossroads of Lincoln Highway (Route 30) and Dixie Highway (Hubbard's Trail).
