Overview
This Community Health Center seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide behavioral health care services and medication management to patients in all life cycles.
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will:
- provide mental health consultation and medication management regarding assessment and mental/behavioral health treatment options to established patients
- perform any crisis intervention, individual counseling, family counseling, advocacy that is needed for the patient
- participate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic psychosocial and medical needs are met
- provide consultation and academic support to residents and attending physicians in the areas of behavioral medicine.
