Overview

Seeking a part time Wellness Family Physician for a 501c Federally Qualified Health Center, providing medical, dental and behavioral health services to the underserved in Harvey, IL and the Southland communities.

Job Requirements

2+ Years of experience

A wellness certification is required which may be a Food as Medicine certification or a similar certification.

A board certification is preferred including certification as a Culinary Medicine Specialist or Lifestyle Medicine certification.

Salary Range:  Pro-rated based on number of hours worked; FT salary $190,000
